Blender! The crayon-like animations were done in Procreate Dreams, which I don't even recommend cause it's kinda clunky.

Very interesting effect! Do the crayon strokes on the drawings have bump mapping? The lighting just seems to play off of them in a complex and convincing way.

Yeah! I just animated it, put it on a plane, wrapped it around the tree, and plugged the animation into the displacement. I didnt make a normal map or any thing
