'I'm not lawyer but the court did its job and the vice Chancellor made the right decision.' Right. So a person with a few shares of Tesla can overturn the clear will of the majority of shareholders multiple times. And it can cost the company way more than it saves. At least he admits, 'we are worried'.

🇺🇸 One Nation, under Trump, Stronger THAN EVER. Are you Trump Tough? 💪Tough T's Here:

@JohnCarneyDE Companies will continue to leave until it’s too late, and a significant portion of Delaware’s revenue is reduced. They will be forced to tax the citizens further through different means…and all because a judge doesn’t like Elon. All these politicians suck.

@JohnCarneyDE They should be very worried. More and more companies will leave Delaware once their leaders realize how much they're at risk by staying incorporated there.

@JohnCarneyDE The nerve of this guy. Saying in Delaware you can get your case expeditiously reviewed is beyond the pale. The Tornetta case was filed in 2018 as a class action. That couldn't go forward so the judge converted it to a Derivative suit. More than 7 yrs later the case isn't settled.

@JohnCarneyDE I’m not impressed

nice soft ball questions - nice allowing governor @JohnCarneyDE to make an argument that nobody believes. At the end of the day - it has been proven that Delaware does not respect the shareholder's voice. TWICE Tesla shareholders voted to approve Musk's package. TWICE this judge struck it down. you are a clown sir.

Did they just try to insinuate that all the other Billion dollar companies are idiots for exiting, while doubling down on the rulings that completely go against shareholder’s interest? What a train-wreck. They are making it about Elon instead of looking into their own problems. People of Delware will suffer for these poor choices being made by partisan politicians with an agenda.

@JohnCarneyDE If they're happy all the DEI far left harvard lawyers are coming to Delaware, then they are saying the future is even worse.

@JohnCarneyDE Interesting 🤔 @mayemusk

@JohnCarneyDE He's not credible
