This is called Padding. And it’s one of the fastest ways to expand your defensive awareness. I recently used it with a player who was struggling to see the floor defensively. The shift was immediate. I also used it early in my coaching career too — and it completely fast-tracked my coaching eye. Here’s how it works: You watch the same possession five times. Each time, you trace the exact path of one player. Go slow. Pause it. Rewind it. Get it precise. Down to the angle, the placement, be exact. Then rewind it and do the next player. After you’ve padded all five players, something strange happens. When you watch it the sixth time… you suddenly see everything. The shot at the end isn’t surprising anymore. It’s inevitable. You see the spacing. You see the screens. You see the timing. All the small details that go unnoticed on a single watch become obvious. This is how you train awareness. By forcing the brain to process more. Players start seeing the game differently. Coaches start seeing all five players at once. My speech today in bradford council. They have voted to take my request to the next level. Hopefully the councillors will now see how important this is and take the lead in pushing for bradford to have a full inquiry as part of the national inquiry. Susan hinchcliffe said this has already been done, but it hasn't. They have said they are willing if the inquiry wants to. Like I said in my speech we do not want willingness. We want action and leadership.

They want to build a meditation routine, they want to go to the gym more consistently, they want to improve their eating habits. They don't realize that the thing that's stopping them from doing that is sat at the bottom of the glass of wine that they have four nights a week” “I think that 90 days would be the absolute minimum. 30 days isn't long enough. You need longer. Especially given that the hardest bit is the start, which means that you've paid all of the pain at the very beginning to not actually get any of the benefits of this being your new habit” “A huge proportion of people will not want to go back to drinking. They'll take time off, get into it, and realise I actually don't like this”

“This guy will do anything to raise awareness for Covid and Long Covid”. Here are some of the ways I’ve tried. Want to support my efforts to raise awareness and help others? Now is the time. Now is the time to change course. I kicked off fundraising around 19 months ago to... 1. Raise Awareness for Covid and Long Covid. 2. Provide education assistance to families. 3. Provide advocacy assistance. 4. Advocate for education, mitigation, and air filtration. 5. Contact as many political and workforce leaders as I can to request immediate action. If you'd like to donate to my efforts that's great, if you can't that is understandable, and if you just don't want to I would even appreciate a share. I am not raising money to stockpile cash and if we raise a large amount it will go toward setting up a non-profit and hiring a team. That is a far off, long shot goal however so until then I will continue to try to create a job for myself with the help of those who value my work and want to help others. I am not backing down from the goal of becoming a full time advocate for this issue, and I hope to look back on this time as the start of something bigger, and the turning point of when we got enough people to notice and ask for change with us. I will assist people as best I can, I will make as much noise as I can, and I will contact as many policy influencers as I can to help turn the tide, and if you'd like to support the kind of work I'd appreciate it.
