Picking and choosing different countries seems xenophobic....why don't all countries have equal chances? There is worldwide migrant movement...not just from those 4 countries.

Migrants claim there is no opportunity to obtain a job, permits of transit to move to the center parts of the country, and also that they live in inhumane conditions. The majority of the migrants are from Haiti, fractions of Cuba and Venezuela.
