🚨Dhurandhar Vikrant Gupta tears into Saqlain Mushtaq "I don’t know which old wounds Saqlain is trying to reopen. But let’s be honest, the loudest accusations of match-fixing often come from those who’ve had a brush with it themselves."

I don’t want to reopen old wounds, but I did find some of the music from my iPod nano circa 2007 (this cover appears to be the original artists’ SoundCloud). Goes out to all those who did the work inside the wire.

Next step confidence. You don’t need the confidence to get all the way to the outcome you want, you just need the confidence to take the next step forward. "You don’t need to figure it all out today. One of the frameworks that I like, which I think I heard originally from Shaan Puri, is the A-B-Z framework. A is an honest assessment of your current situation. Try to look at your current reality with clear eyes. Z is where you ultimately want to end up, and B is your next step. All you need to know is A, B, and Z. You don’t need to know steps C through Y, but so often people will convince themselves, “Well, I don’t know what steps C through Y are.” Or even if they realize they’re not going to plan it all out, they’re like, “Yeah, but I kind of want to know what C, D, and E are.” They want to be able to see a little bit further into the future, but you have to become comfortable with some level of uncertainty." This is supposed to be a KAREN moment but I don’t know!? Let’s be honest … The SECOND customer service doesn’t understand ENGLISH?!? … The brain says “yeah… this is about to go sideways quick!” Some people just keep it inside better than others💀👇

As a Florida resident, I admittedly don’t frequent Clearwater Beach often, but this sightline coming over the bridge into it is one of the best in Florida. Is it in the top five, though? Let me know which ones you think are better.

‘We don’t know if it will work, but let’s try it’ - retired US Army General Jack Keane suggests resuming arms supplies to Ukraine. ‘Part of the peace process is using leverage to change someone’s behavior. We have to do the same with Russia. We don’t know if it will work. Let’s be honest: we don’t know. But we do know that it hasn’t worked. Diplomatic negotiations just don’t work. So leverage has to be there, I think, first and foremost: military aid, air defense systems, and other things that are sorely needed. We have to use leverage on Putin the same way we used it on Zelensky. We don’t know, frankly, if it will work. But it’s definitely worth trying right now, because diplomatic negotiations are getting us nowhere.’

Alberto Montes isn’t buying into the Tommy McMillen hype “He’s trying to be a gangster or something like that and he’s not. Where I come from we know who those type of people are and he’s not. I don’t care about his energy this week just want to fight him and that’s it”

“I was trying purposefully not to be clever with this. I wanted to get a very simple chorus but one which still had some substance to the harmony and melody. Something that was easy to digest but still had a bit of character to it. So Much is about mortality, getting old, all the bright, cheerful subjects, but I think when you get to my sort of age, you either run away from mortality or you jump into it and try and live life to the full and that always seems to make a lot more sense to me. The countries that seem most alive are those that have death as part of their culture.” - pg

🚨BIG NEWS: This is the moment the Senate passed my bill to combat nonconsensual, sexually-explicit deepfakes. Grok is out of control. AI can’t be unregulated. I teamed up with Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to stand up for victims who’ve had their autonomy taken from them by AI. Let’s get it done.

Wendy: In the past, I used to cry easily. Whenever I watched sad movies or dramas, I’d cry often. Now, even if I were to watch those, I don’t cry. But, somehow, when it comes to the work I do, I can’t help but shed tears of gratefulness. I think it’s like that for my work. The work of being a singer. 10 years into this, there is still a lot that I don’t know, and there is still a long way for me to go. I’ve received so much love from you guys, and the love that I have to give back is still far from what I’ve received. I said that there are many things I want to show you right? Many things I want to let you hear too. Starting from 2025, I’ll show you many different sides of me, so I’ll be grateful if you could look forward to it and listen to it. Thank you for creating this unforgettable memory for me. (in Chinese) Let’s meet each other often.

Andrew Kolvet: "I am for asking questions. This is why I shared the group chat with Joe Kent in the first place...If Israel had a hand in killing Charlie, I wanted to know. [But] we've had six months to track down all those leads, none of which have been corroborated, none of which have actionable evidence... I'm not anti-asking questions... but you have to have facts. And the recklessness with which these accusations are being thrown out now has real world implications."

Undertaker says Vince McMahon didn’t want to do Sting vs. Undertaker match: “I was like, ‘Man, this is a home run. This is an easy main event for a pay-per-view.’ I don’t really have an answer. I never really had an in-depth conversation with Vince about why he didn’t want to do it. My goodness, Sting vs. Undertaker. “Again, he obviously knows more about business than I do, but that one just seems like a home run. They decided to walk the guy instead of pitch to him. I don’t know. I don’t know what happened there. I don’t have any regrets. It wasn’t my decision, but my goodness, I would’ve loved to have been able to have that match. I remember running into Sting. I think it was after the WrestleMania that we didn’t work. I remember us being on the same plane together, talking. Like, ‘I don’t know. This is beyond me. I don’t know why.’ It is what it is, man, I guess. I think Sting, that’s probably got to be the biggest miss of a WrestleMania. Those two characters, that would have done some incredible business.” (Six Feet Under)

Crying is the brain admitting the old map no longer works. Jordan Peterson’s take is that tears dissolve the current conceptual structure back into a more plastic, child-like state so something new can be learned. It’s humiliating, which is why people resist it, but the breakdown is the signal that the old framework has failed. Once the new approach appears it is fragile, the first attempts will be clumsy. Punish those early tries and you kill the change before it can take root. Most of us treat tears as pure emotion. They are also a neurological reset button. The people who actually grow are the ones willing to let the old version of themselves dissolve long enough for a better one to form.

I know Green Goblin is the one who did it, but let's be honest... a lot of the chaos started when she kept the truth from everyone and let those villains loose. One decision changed everything. 🎬🎥 Laboratory condition

Cain responds to Talerico: Where I come from being a Texan is someone with a steel spine and something between their legs that gives them the integrity to tell the truth. I don’t know what the voters of Round Rock think about what it means to be a Texan, but if Talerico is any evidence it means being a fraud, a fake man of the cloth
