Severe failure of left ventricle (Ef~%20) due to Dilated CMP( most likely ECG:LBBB) Functional moderate mitral regurgitation Mild Aortic and Tricuspid regurgitation I am not sure, if there is Any thrombus in Apex Thx: ang+sacub, MRSA+GLP-1, B Bloc and CRT-ICD
