Speaking earlier today on NBC’s Meet the Press about the operation to capture Nicolás Maduro, Secretary of State Marco Rubio made comments about future plans for Latin America. Welker: “Is the Cuban Government the Trump Administration's next target?” Rubio: “Well, the Cuban government is a huge problem. Yeah.” Welker: “Is that a yes?” Rubio: “I think they're in a lot of trouble, yes. I’m not going to talk to you about what our future steps are going to be and our policies are going to be right now in this regard. But I don’t think it’s a mystery that we are not big fans of the Cuban Regime.”

What would be the common sense behind the idea that Cuba could threaten a nuclear superpower? Second, we will have to ask the secretary of state if he has any evidence.
