He didn't overreact at all. He didn't scream or throw anything. He went to pick up his pizza and then sat down at home to eat it, then had to drive all the way back to return it to go home without a meal. I'd be pissed too.

Hairnets or hair stuffed up into hats used to be required back in the old days when I was a busboy, server and cook. Anyone coming in contact with food has to cover the hair.
