Spot on. The 2025-2026 Heat need an identity and they need direction. Right now, it doesn’t feel like they have a discernible answer to either.

@biscaynemayne I’m probably in the minority but I still think they’re gonna shake up the roster this summer. And I think they should have given most assets other than Ware for Durant. So if those other assets are on the table, they’re gonna use them at some point soon.
