American GMC trucks won Europe in WWII. All the German army films show trucks and tanks, but most of the Germans were supplied by horse and wagon. American trucks allowed the Russians to keep up with the German retreat and keep the pressure up. The best military vehicle of WWII was the American truck.

@HLC_actual @Fat_Electrician I feel like this is downplaying the Russians pivotal role in WW2. Would we have won w/o them? Yes. Of course hindsight is 20/20. But millions of OUR men would have died. Millions of their men DID. Important to note. US CASUALTIES-416,000 USSR casualties-min. 8 million

@HLC_actual @Fat_Electrician I want to point it was the Soviet Union (Not Russia) who beat Nazi Germany instead of winning WW2. 58% of the Red Army was Russian, most others were Baltic people, Kazakhs, Jews, Chechens, and Ukrainians - one of whom Ukrainians planted the red flag on the Reichstag.
