Did Russian construction workers really just find an amazing sculpture or as some say, a petrified Fallen Angel? The statue is on its knees but is taller than the men & is beautifully detailed. I can't find a translation so if anyone here speaks Russian, please have a listen. 👼

@ThisIsMarietta My guess, if it's not a hoax that is, is that it was stashed in a mine to hide it from the communist revolution. They destroyed a LOT of religious iconography.

I cannot stop laughing, this is way too good. Russian Patriarch Kyrill’s car, a Russian Aurus Senat, crashed into a Volvo XC60. The Russian-made car is completely broken apart at the front as if it hit a boulder. The Volvo on the other side looks pretty good for a car which just got hit by a 6 tons armored limo. The Russian police even tries to hide it, well knowing who that is and what just happened here. This is so on brand. The Swedish Volvo is a tank and the Made-in-Russia product you can flush the toilet (and the toilet is stolen in Ukraine). Have a nice start into the week!
