Canton PD Sgt Sean Goode was texting throughout the processing of the scene when John O'Keefe was found dead outside of Brian Albert's home at 34 Fairview Rd. Normally, this wouldn't be suspicious.. however, given the timeline of Goode being on his phone, it raises serious questions of who exactly he was speaking to and why. At 6:35:40 AM, Detective Sergeant Mike Lank gets a phone call that he says he does not remember who it was. This call lasts almost 3 mins. Immediately after he calls the Massachusetts State Police CPAC Unit for help. At 6:39:11 AM, the outdoor front light of 34FV is turned on and the door is opened. At 6:40:48 AM, Goode is seen texting after calling in a section 12 for Karen Read. We hear Goode tell Lank this while Lank is still on the phone with CPAC. Goode also asks if Lank wants to go inside because "the front door is actually open". While Lank and Goode head to the front door, Kerry Roberts and Karen Read return back. Within minutes, Karen is walked back to the ambulance and subsequently sent to the hospital for a section hold. They would draw her blood which then would be examined and given an estimate of her blood alcohol content of the time she supposedly ran into John O'Keefe. Goode and Lank would spend 18 minutes and 47 seconds inside 34 Fairview Rd with Brian Albert, Nicole Albert and Jen McCabe. While inside, Goode radios Kelly Dever in dispatch of the exact time of Jen's 911 call. Matt McCabe was also coming in and out (which was not testified to). In fact, Goode, Lank and Matt would leave the home together. At 7:02:04 AM, Goode is seen texting again. Karen Read would leave in the ambulance at 7:05:32 AM.

Good morning and congratulations to Kerry Roberts on last night’s interview, where the timeline officially achieved quantum physics status. In one seamless story, Kerry managed to watch the ambulance leave leave the scene And still somehow be holding all the phones everywhere at once Truly inspiring work. Just a small reminder for the rest of us trying to keep up Kerry testified under oath that she picked up John’s phone which we know was at at 6:15, put it in her pocket, and gave it to a first responder before she left the scene around 6:40 meaning that phone had to go to Michael Lank or Sean Goode. She also testified that after watching the ambulance leave, she drove Karen to the hospital. Now she says she was on the phone with Karen’s mother while driving to the hospital and may have had John’s phone at the same time. Those things cannot all be true. If the call to Karen’s mother happened after 6:40, John’s phone was already handed to police. This isn’t opinion it’s time, possession, and sworn testimony colliding. At that point, John’s phone was no longer in her possession by her own sworn testimony. But hey why let sworn testimony and dash cam footage get in the way of a good Sunday morning remix? If Jen, Brian, and Nicole were all upstairs during the “wake-up scene,” and if Brian & Nicole were supposedly sound asleep… then WHO turned on the front lights? 6:34 — Jen enters house 6:35 — Jen calls Matt 6:35–6:38 — Jen upstairs talking to Brian & Coco 6:39A.M. The front lights come on…That means someone is downstairs at the door but according to their story, NO ONE is downstairs yet Brian & Coco come downstairs, Lank already AT THE FRONT DOORWAY entering 6:47 — Matt calls Jen back So who turned on the lights between 6:39 if everyone was upstairs? Coco testified “As we walked down the stairs… Officer Lank was walking IN the house… At the same time Matt had come, I assume she had called him.” This is the key sentence Coco testifies Matt arrived at the same time as lank when she and Brian came downstairs. But… 6:47 A.M. Matt calls Jen The phone log shows Incoming call from Matt to Jen at 6:47 A.M. for 18 seconds. This is 13 minutes after Jen first called him. And it’s AFTER Lank is inside the house and AFTER the table interview is supposedly beginning. So ask yourself If Matt was already inside the kitchen or foyer with Lank, WHY is he calling Jen’s cell phone?

Jen looking interestingly exhausted as she first arrives and quite snappy with her daughter when they leave 45 minutes later. 🤔 Earlier that day, Jen and Kerry Roberts had spent 5 hours at the O'Keefe's. From there, they would 🔹️stop at Jen's for 7 minutes 🔹️stop at 34 Fairview Rd for 4 minutes and then proceed to Canton PD Detective Sergeant Mike Lank's home. This off-the-books meeting lasting roughly 45 minutes. Important to note, Lank has a long history with the Albert family. He, in fact, was the only officer trusted to enter 34 Fairview Rd multiple times during the early hours of 1/29/22. Jen McCabe had multiple police interviews on 1/29. At one point in the morning, she called Lank back to 34 Fairview to speak. He arrived and spoke to her in front of many Albert family members (Brian, Nicole, Chris, Julie, Kevin) and Brian Higgins. She could not recall who that first responder was, or whether they were a Police Officer, firefighter, or paramedic. Apple Health Movement Data show us that whoever had John O’Keefe’s cellphone climbed a flight of stairs at 6:43:31am. Additionally, between 6:26:17am & 6:43:19am, John’s cellphone is logging steps throughout (365 steps total). Therefore, these data seem to eliminate the possibility that Kerry gave John’s phone to a firefighter/EMT given they were in the ambulance driving to the hospital during this time & wouldn’t have been able to have been walking around or climbing stairs. The flight of stairs is also shown as being climbed/ascended before John arrived at the hospital around 6:49am, per his hospital bracelet. This means that Kerry most likely gave John’s phone to a Canton Police Officer. However, the CPD Officers have testified that while some of them went inside 34 Fairview (in the foyer area), none of them went up or down any stairs at any point inside the house. This fact alone suggests that either Kerry’s memory is unreliable—and perhaps she gave the cellphone to Jen McCabe, for instance—or that the CPD Officer who she gave the phone to then gave the it to someone inside Brian Albert’s house who climbed a flight of stairs with it at 6:43:31am. In fact, this seems to be one of the first times we’re hearing that Kerry is the one who found John’s phone. Let’s take a look at the sordid history regarding this matter, per the DA & its investigators’ own Court filings & public records. In the original cellphone chain of custody report filed on 2/4/2022, by Trooper Nicholas Guarino, it states: “On Saturday, January 29, 2022, Trooper Michael Proctor & Sgt. Yuri Bukhenik of the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office responded to an unattended death of John O'Keefe…at 34 Fairview Road in Canton…While on scene Tpr. Proctor secured O’Keefe’s cell phone & brought it to the Norfolk DA's Office for forensic analysis.” This was filed by Guarino, who is supposed to be the state’s computer & digital forensics expert, and was responsible for conducting the forensic analysis of John’s phone—surely, if anyone is going to get the precise whereabouts & custody information correct, then this would be that person, right? Despite this being under signed affidavit from DA Morrissey’s Office, that wouldn’t stop Morrissey from making a public video statement over a year & a half later, and only AFTER the defense had implicated Michael Proctor in planting evidence at the scene. Morrissey improperly tried evidence outside of the courtroom, directly contradicting the Court documents filed by HIS OFFICE to say that Proctor never went to the scene of 34 Fairview on the day of the incident & therefore couldn’t have planted evidence. And there it is folks: the hand off of John O'Keefe's cell phone from Kerry Roberts to Officer Mullaney. The issue? ⤵️ Mullaney never testified that he had John's phone. Goode never testified that Mullaney got the phone. Neither did Lank or Saraf. Kerry seemingly couldn't remember who she gave it to or when. From Goode's dash cam footage (all 3 front angles), we now know that Kerry was on the phone at this time and heard mentioning a "house party" (via Saraf's dash cam). She is seen on Goode's dash cam literally taking a walk all the way past 32 Fairview Rd. She apparently did not want her conversation to be heard. For time reference, the ambulance and CFD vehicles had already driven off. In the footage, we see Lank (who had recently arrived), Saraf, Goode and Mullaney huddled together in front of Saraf's cruiser/behind Kerry's SUV. Then Goode and Mullaney start to walk towards Kerry's vehicle. Goode opens the door where Karen is, asks her something, and then shuts the door. The two walk up to Mullaney's vehicle but then quickly turn around. This is where I believe Mullaney remembered seeing Kerry pick up the blanket and John's phone from where John was laying. From there, Mullaney walks to Kerry and she immediately gives him the phone.. without hesitation. Where the phone goes from there? Who knows. Let’s walk through this absolute masterpiece of consistency from Canton’s finest and their favorite witnesses Matt McCabe says When he got to the front door, he sees Jen, Brian Albert, Nicole Albert, and Officer Mike Lank. Nicole says Oh no actually Lank came into the house FIRST, then Matt, and Lank politely asked to “come inside and talk to everyone.” Real Mayberry vibes. Then everyone just casually sits down for a little kitchen-table conference. Except LANK and GOODE had already been in the house talking to Nicole, Brian, and Jen from 6:40 to 7:00 AM. Jen says When Lank was inside the house, he separated and talked to Nicole… then Brian… then Matt, No kitchen table vibes Brian says he came downstairs and Lank was already inside, and Matt arrived “at the same time.” Lank says Actually, No, Matt entered the house after I came out. So according to Lank, Matt enters after he leaves. According to Brian, they arrived at the same time. According to Jen, Lank’s inside doing interviews. According to Nicole, Lank enters AFTER Matt. And then we get the cherry on top Officer Goode says that after Gallagher arrived, he and Lank had a “little pow-wow,” and THAT’S when they see Matt show up… and Lank “runs back inside” to get Matt’s statement. ADA Adam Lally asks Jen McCabe about when & why she made those Google searches at the scene in the morning. The video footage proves that Jen McCabe’s entire story about #KarenRead purportedly asking her to Google “hos long to die in cold” is a lie because it never happened. Jen claims Karen asked her to make those Google searches while the first responders are moving #JohnOKeefe’s body from the ground to the ambulance, which is interesting because her story starts out with them (her & Karen) seated in the back of a Police cruiser, so it’s unclear how they magically teleported from there to standing outside. As you’ll also see in the attached footage, it’s clear Jen & Karen are outside the entirety of the time leading up to when Jen claims this happened, removing the possibility that they could’ve moved from a cruiser to the outside to account for Jen’s story’s discrepancies. ADA Adam Lally asks Jen McCabe about when & why she made those Google searches at the scene in the morning. The video footage proves that Jen McCabe’s entire story about #KarenRead purportedly asking her to Google “hos long to die in cold” is a lie because it never happened. Jen claims Karen asked her to make those Google searches while the first responders are moving #JohnOKeefe’s body from the ground to the ambulance, which is interesting because her story starts out with them (her & Karen) seated in the back of a Police cruiser, so it’s unclear how they magically teleported from there to standing outside. As you’ll also see in the attached footage, it’s clear Jen & Karen are outside the entirety of the time leading up to when Jen claims this happened, removing the possibility that they could’ve moved from a cruiser to the outside to account for Jen’s story’s discrepancies. Officer Mullaney will further corroborate this. THE PROBLEM IS: Jen McCabe claims to have made these searches during the same time that first responders were working on/moving John into the ambulance, but this is completely disproven by dashcam surveillance footage from the scene showing him being worked on at 6:14:10am & moved into the ambulance at 6:14:50am. UPDATE : Many in the comments are saying that it's not Andrew Tate who is trying to hand the mobile phone to his bodyguard but rather the US Marshal who was handcuffing him. This is not true and unrealistic. First of all look at the slow downed video it is clear that Andrew Tate was holding the phone and was going to put it in his pocket whilst the officer pulled him and started handcuffing him, a moment later Andrew Tate tried to give the phone to his bodyguard instead but his bodyguard did not flinch and the phone dropped on the floor. Also look at the hands, Andrew Tate had no watch on his left hand, whilst the officer clearly had a black watch on. The hand trying to give the phone to the bodyguard clearly had no watch on, further proving that it was Andrew Tate who handed him the phone. The attention of the US Marshal was obviously to handcuff him and not to get the phone at that moment. The person picking up the phone is also obviously a US Marshal and not a member of Tate's entourage because moments before he could be seen telling his bodyguards to move back to allow the arrest to proceed snoothly.
