Those saying "no" are ignoring the likelihood of this customer being nearly impossible to please, repeatedly. At some point you cut your losses. And if you find yourself in this guy's shoes at some point, being told to never come back, you are the problem. Reflect on that.

Absolutely agree. And sometimes it's ok to "fire" a customer too. The road flows both ways!

Yes. A manager has to make decisions with what they have at the time. He’s obviously doing it for attention or spite.
