👤: Did the chicken come first or the egg? Gunwook's answer: Egg Reason: He argued that we need to think about how the chicken even became a chicken and how it came to lay eggs. Chickens of today are from years of evolution and natural selection. (1/2)

For natural selection to occur, changes happen inside the egg, the baby evolves and only the strongest survives. So while a chicken may lay the egg, it's the egg that's carrying the evolving life hence why the egg came first. What idol talks about evolution on live😭 (2/2)

Where do you watch these lives?

Have you ever seen a chicken lay an egg? 😳 Can you imagine giving birth several times every single day? They do so much for us. ❤️ I never stopped to appreciate the eggs I consumed. After watching this, I have more respect for eggs and the chickens that lay them. So what came first, the chicken or the egg? 🤔

1 Ostrich egg = 24 chicken eggs. See how big the size and content is. This lady prepared a pot of egg sauce with Ostrich egg. Would you be trying this out?

American has chickens but her chickens temporarily stopped laying eggs because they went through a traumatic experience For the first time in years she had to buy eggs. She bought organic eggs from Whole Foods She compares the egg from Whole Foods to an egg from her chickens. The difference is extremely shocking You would think because you’re buying organic from Whole Foods it would be very similar to a chicken on a farm or at your home, that’s not the case at all The difference is the nutrients density and diet. The difference truly is wild. Even when you think you’re getting the best healthy option, it still doesn’t compare to natural We have to switch back to small family farms

Kofi Abunu, CEO of Food Concepts Plc, owners of Chicken Republic, on how they sold the refill meal (rice & chicken) at N500 for 6 years. The former CEO came up with the idea in a board meeting and he bought into it. It became a volume business. Stores that they wanted to shut down suddenly became profitable.

🚨Scott Jennings (who raises his own chickens) breaks down the “egg prices!” issue so even Democrats can understand it: "If you want to know why egg prices are high, it's not because of what anything Donald Trump has done — we killed all the chickens that lay all the eggs."

Who remembers yellow chicken? “Real chicken is yellow, not white. Pasture-raised chicken usually has yellow fat and skin because of natural pigments found in grass, corn, and marigold. Industrial chicken, raised indoor on grain, looks much more pale in comparison” “This gets even worse once you consider that 97% of USDA chicken is washed in chlorine, washing away more of the natural color. The result is that white pale chicken can often signal less diversity in diet and lower micronutrient content” All of this is true Chicken skin and fat color comes largely from xanthophylls, carotenoids. in their diet. Pasture raised or free range birds eating grass, bugs, corn, marigolds, or other plants accumulate these pigments Chlorine rinses are common, It is used as an antimicrobial in some processing, it might “washes away some natural color” but the main reason for paler color is diet, not the wash Paler chicken will very likely have a much worse nutrients density because of dirt We need to go back to natural foods, not commercial farming that strips nutrients from foods

This is very concerning - A chicken to go to market used to take a year in America - That number went down to 4 months - It then dropped to 14 weeks, then to 12 weeks 🚨 Today even ‘organically’ raised chickens go to market in 8 weeks, the farmers “signs a contract that he will not try to find out what's in the food” “You know how long we take now for even organically grown chickens to go from the hatched egg to the market? When I first started doing this 15 years ago, I told people how alarming it was that we were getting a chick to market in four months instead of a year. And then it went from 18 weeks to 16 weeks to 14 weeks to 12 weeks. And now I just recently read a report that even organically raised chickens are going to market in 8 weeks. Now, the poultry industry, with the backing of our government and with this backing of legislation, insists that there are no hormones used in the poultry industry. Then how? What accounts for that change? The trick is, in the field, when a modern farmer buys eggs, he buys fertilized eggs and signs a contract to buy the food only from that egg supplier. And these are big multinational companies. He also signs a contract that he will not try to find out what's in the food. And we are not allowed. It's proprietary. No, we don't use hormones, but we won't tell you what we give them. And your government not only accepts, but enforces that.” - Al Sears M.D.

Don’t leave your chicken out for any amount of time, especially when it’s warm See all these little things that look like rice in the chicken? Those are fly eggs Flys can show up in as little as minutes from setting chicken out to lay their eggs. When it’s warm they can hatch in just 8 hours and then you have larva in your chicken Some flys can lay 300+ eggs at a time This is cooked and they still got to it
