Listen, it's VERY EASY! I does not matter, ZERO, who created an app. The CIA, CCP or Russian Hackers. The ONLY question that is of concern: Is the app and the accompanied infrastructure fully open source software or not? PERIOD Any app, desktop software, cloud, whatever, that incorporates proprietary, close source software, in full or in part, has to be avoided. That is why I cannot endorse Erik Prince's phone, at all. It uses closed source, proprietary components and I still await a remedy and technical explanation / justification.

@_MG_ I would go with DARPA creating the app before CIA. And DARPA handing the app over to CIA.
