Oh just say it for how it is. The current US government is one of the biggest terrorist organisations in the world; they just get a free pass: Bombing a girls' school, killing 'drug smugglers' without trial (that's if they are even smugglers), kidnapping the president of Venezuela for the oil because they knew they were going to war with Iran.

Given that the crime of aggression is regarded as the supreme international crime because it encompasses the “accumulated evil of the whole”, yes. The unprovoked attacks on Iran are indisputably acts of aggression by USA and Israel.
