She was supposed to let her torso hit the top part first, then pull the rest of her body up. But she tried to walk up 🤣. Gravity was not her friend and she exerted too much energy and drained those who were trying to help.

I’ve done the Tough Mudder five times. We’re always reaching back to help slower or less athletic or out of shape people reach the finish line. She literally squatted down and started pulling the others down with her. No matter how bad you want to help someone, they have to want to help themselves also. She literally stopped working and expected them to do all the rest of the work. The correct technique is for her to keep pumping her legs against the wall so her lower body moves while they pull her upper body over. #helpmehelpyou
