Fairly certain spitting on someone is assault. He didn’t shoot her. Force seems appropriate

Spitting on someone’s face is one of the more vile things you can do, and you should be expect it to be met with force.

Are we fucking kidding? She spit on him. In any other instance, that's assault. She also tries to knee him in the nuts in the video. He shouldn't have been fired for that.

He doesn't appear angry when striking her. Based on the video...the response seemed appropriate. Spitting...can be filed as simple assault.
