You can tell how fake this is by how happy the doggy is to see his family member come back for him, also why tie your dog to a pole on the highway to prepare his food instead of having him in the caravan with you? I believe this is a family (car & caravan) who owns the dog.

How can you make those judgments on such an out of context video? How do you know that dog hasn't figured out how to undo the slip knot, and that is why the leash is tied off so high.
