‼️ Friends, Kyiv Botanical Garden needs help urgently. The Garden has one of the largest collections in Europe of orchid, aroid, bulbous and other types of plants - both by numbers and quality. It is in great danger of freezing in winter. Russian missile strikes on Kyiv have led to a lot of glass in the large greenhouse shattering. The greenhouse contains many rare plants - orchids, ficuses, palm trees, cacti, succulents and others. It needs to be repaired so this rare and valuable collection does not perish. Head of the Kyiv Botanical Garden has asked me to turn to you for help. The last two years have been extremely challenging for the employees of the Botanical Garden. They had to use firewood in winter to save the plants in greenhouses. Now shattered glass has made the situation even worse. The Garden's team is very closely knit. They love their plants like children. We need to try and help them. To be honest, I don't know a lot about botany and flowers, but I've been in our Garden and the greenhouse with my family several times. It would be such a shame if this beauty were lost. Do I have someone among my followers who knows how to help? I have all the contacts of the Garden's management. It would be wonderful to save these valuable collections. Still to this day, my favorite 9/11 movie ever made, with some of the most jaw-dropping endings I've ever seen in a movie. Whatever your thoughts on the subject matter, you can't deny that United 93 (2006) is a masterful piece of filmmaking. 25 years since the attack happened and 20 years since the movie came out, this scene still hurts like the first time I saw it. If you have not seen it, please do, at least once in your lifetime. It's a difficult watch, but it's one that I believe deserves to be seen and remembered. Paul Greengrass had some insane balls for pulling this off. Rest In Peace to the heroes on this flight who fought back and chose to sacrifice themselves when they had the chance to save more lives on the ground 🙏💔 🥀

We thought we’d probably cry every day but when the actual moment came, both of us felt like… we couldn’t. We didn’t cry the way we had imagined we would. Instead, it was more of a feeling of being deeply moved, like “woww, this is something that we really enjoyed, something we put our hearts into and worked so hard on” and it’s kind of a once-in-a-lifetime, Cinderella-like moment for us to b able to meet our fans in a setting like this.

The struggle of balancing a clutch disc and pressure plate while lying on your back is a rite of passage for every person that ever tried this install—but it doesn’t have to be a struggle. A final bell. A lifetime of service. I only just came across this moving moment from Bishop Cotton Girls’ School in Bengaluru, nearly a year after it happened. A school attendant, affectionately known as “Das Uncle,” was retiring after 38 years of service. On his final day, he checked his watch and rang the large school bell one last time. The students counted every stroke & then erupted in cheers and applause, joined by their teachers. The pride on his face & the depth of his bond with the school are unmistakable. I was moved too. When our schools nurture dignity and respect for everyone who serves their community, whatever their role, there is every reason to be optimistic about our future. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 #MondayMotivation
