DID YOU KNOW: Disney Infinity 4.0 was actively in development before ultimately being cancelled. One new aspect of the game was the Toy Box Story Mode, which was set to allow players the ability to play through a set of missions in the Toy Box with any character they wanted.

If only Disney kept staying with Disney Infiniti, even without the Toys to Life feature. Now Disney crossover games are seemingly only handled by Gameloft...

You wouldn't imagine how many hours I've spent playing the Disney Infinity games on the Wii U 😭 Also, it's rather a miracle that Avalanche is still here today, considering how they went out before Hogwarts Legacy became a thing. So much potential with 4.0 lost and wasted man ☹️

It took them four bites at the apple to realize people want to crossover characters. And by then it was too late.

The only problem why this got cancelled is because Disney laid off many employees at Avalanche due overdeveloped situations, most likely these figures are overproduced. As a result, Disney had to close their publishing company along with Avalanche until the latter moved in to

At least I can play all three games on Steam Deck. Can’t say that about LEGO Dimensions, unfortunately.

If only Activision didn’t milk Skylanders 💔 Toys To Life could’ve gone on so much longer

I'm a bit surprised they never tried to bring this back without the toys-to-life gimmick. I always wanted to play this and Lego Dimensions, but couldn't be bothered in getting the figures and sets. Here's to hoping they surprise us with a toy-free remaster or something.
