AI agents are GOING to run through every small and mid-size business in the country. not a single one of those owners will know how to build them. his advice is to learn claude. learn agentic workflows. just learn AI and how it works. then go to these businesses and help them because they won’t know how to do any of this shit. they have money to spend. they have deep problems. they don’t have you!

He says just because he has perfected his craft doesn’t mean it’s cheaper work and doesn’t mean it’s cheaper in cost. Do you think this customer had a right not to pay them since they weren’t there very long? If you were the customer, are you paying for a result or for the time?

You figure it out as you go. You learn by using things. Yes, you check out instructions here or there, when needed. And when things break, you call someone with expertise to help or you look up videos for a DIY fix. That's how life works! Then why do public schools do the opposite when educating children? There are years and years of so many textbooks with just so much information. And so many tests! No wonder kids get bored or overwhelmed.
