With a supermajority of the New York City Council and Mayor Zohran Mamdani's support, Amazon Teamsters are poised to pass the nation's first bill that would require companies like Amazon to hire its workforce directly, essentially making the $3 trillion corporation’s corrupt third-party “Delivery Service Partner” model illegal in New York City.

It is absolutely vital that the joint employer rule not excuse Amazon's ridiculous efforts to prevent people from getting a good paycheck and getting health care."
