Bizarre it’s not used by an post.

It's invasive and controlling

Eircode only update the register every three months. This should have immediate effect. New business / Utility accounts require an Eircode. This system prevents individuals from setting up accounts.

We constantly get our neighbours' post and vice versa. We have tried innumerable times to sort the ericode error out but no-one seems to be able to do it. Never had these problems before eircodes were introduced.

It's good but it could've been so much more nicely organised if Eircodes started with the same letters as the car registration plates, ie if the first letter/s identified which county it is, eg KE or WW etc. You have "A" in Co Dublin, in Drogheda & in Co Cavan. It makes no sense!

Our eircode has made life harder because all our deliveries go to a house up the road and around the corner. I feel sorry for the person who had to answer the door and redirect them to our house instead. Is it possible to report an issue??
