Brown bears often lie in shallow water to cool off on hot days. Their thick fur can lead to overheating, so the water helps them regulate their body temperature

Stop buying electrolyte drinks… there’s a simpler way. Most of the ones you’ll find in shops are packed with sugar, dyes, and unnecessary extras. But your body doesn’t need all of that to stay hydrated. In reality, proper hydration comes down to a few simple things: • water • a pinch of natural salt • a little glucose • and a touch of potassium Here’s a simple way to make your own at home: 1 quart filtered water ½ tsp sea salt 1–2 tsp honey (or sugar) juice of ½ a lemon The salt helps your body hold onto fluids. The glucose supports absorption. And the lemon adds a small boost of potassium + flavour. Simple. Natural. Effective.

So I think I've found another pretty incredible example of the generalisability of neural network potentials: this is a problem I've been dreaming of tackling for a decade but never felt I had the the tools to get at until now: How do potassium ion channels work. 1/n These channels are ubiquitous throughout biology they carry potassium ions out of cells with incredible speed and selectivity and are critical for nerve functioning and neuronal firing etc. Despite this we still don't know basic things about them. In fact, debate has gone on for years in top journals about whether water is co-transported with potassium or not.

A new sleep trend — the “dark shower” The idea is simple: take a regular warm shower, but in complete darkness or very dim light — about 60–90 minutes before bed. The heat raises your body temperature, and after the shower it drops — signaling to your body that it’s time to sleep. People on social media say it helps them fall asleep much faster.

- 3g Colima sea salt ~ over 1g sodium - 600mg potassium chloride - 200mg magnesium malate - 2000mg taurine - 1000mg secret amino acid (soon) - 10g organic cane sugar - 14g freeze dried strawberries Finally take a look at our flagship product, Revivo Hydration - Actually Strawberry The real, freeze dried strawberries make it look, smell, feel, and taste better than “natural flavors” The real organic cane sugar gives your body the fuel it needs, helps absorb electrolytes, and taste better than any stevia ever could. The Colima Sea salt gives it a crisp taste and texture. Both high levels of potassium and magnesium elevate the product even more. And both osmolytes in the formula set a new standard for hydration products. I can’t wait for you to try this. 🌞💧
