Indians have been drinking cow milk for centuries. + The milk is boiled before consuming it.. so even if there are bacteria it is killed..

Ridiculous. Study w/over 45000 participants tracked for over 18 yrs found moderate coffee drinkers live longer. Coffee is a natural antioxidant. There aren't measurable #s for the amount of people who've died from adrenal crisis. 66% of people drink it and it lowes liver cancer.

This video doesn't look I guess sort of realistic....some of the words aren't matching her facial movements....would this be considered an AI video? I have no clue about this robot shit, but it's everywhere so I need to know what is and what isn't....am I right though? AI or no?

If any of that were true, i should've died years ago. Since I was a young boy, we've eaten tuna on a weekly basis, and still eat it on a weekly basis. Been drinking cow's milk since I was a baby, and I've been drinking black coffee for over 40 years. Nice try though.

My grandmother drank coffee every morning and lived to be 96 years old. Her advice is very flawed.

The X post from fitness influencer @GraceGym_ shares a 1:46 video clip warning that consuming tuna (high mercury), cow's milk (bacteria and mucus), and black coffee (adrenal stress) could lead to death before age 50, then promotes Rosabella Moringa powder as a nutrient-rich energy alternative with Amazon links. Scientific evidence challenges the video's alarmist claims: peer-reviewed studies confirm moderate tuna intake (1-2 servings weekly) poses low mercury risk for adults, the milk-mucus link is a debunked myth with no increased respiratory symptoms, and "adrenal fatigue" from coffee lacks medical recognition while moderate consumption correlates with longevity in large cohorts like the Nurses' Health Study. Thread replies overwhelmingly dismiss the content as AI-generated misinformation, citing personal longevity anecdotes (e.g., 98-year-olds consuming these foods) and cultural examples like Mediterranean diets including tuna and coffee, reflecting widespread skepticism toward unsubstantiated health scares.

if you want your kids to excel in school, just feed them non-GMO tuna sandwiches twice a week or more.
