Wow, I had no idea this was a thing! A ring pessary looks so simple but actually really clever. Basically just supports everything that’s dropped down without needing surgery. Super helpful for a lot of women dealing with prolapse or leaks. Love that it’s removable and you can manage it yourself. Women’s health needs more options like this. Anyone tried one?
