ICE has the authority to arrest anyone if at a minimum, a) interfering with their lawful authority, b) committing a criminal act, c) suspicion of being an illegal immigrant. If none of the above are true, then an arrested citizen would be released after discovery of their citizenship.

Did they break any laws or obstruct the duties of Federal law enforcement? Then yes, I did vote for this. If they are not actually US citizens and are here illegally, the again yes, I voted for this. Context matters
