When he challenges it, a security guard comes over and puts his hands on the man instead of calming things down. Whatever the store rules, there is no excuse for heavy handed treatment of a customer in front of a clearly distressed child. If this is how some staff now feel entitled to behave, Aldi has a serious problem with training, standards and basic respect. Nobody should be treated like a criminal for doing their shopping with their own child.
