I’ve watched the video clip a few times and the best assumption I can come to is it’s inconclusive.

To be honest, I didn't see the ball touched twice even though I wanted Real Madrid to Qualify because I feel they deserved to be ahead and not Atletico Madrid. 🤷🏾‍♂️ VAR needs to be sure of the double touch before disqualifying the PK Goal. It's sad for Diego Someone and I can understand his frustration.
