I have literally been putting like 12 grains of salt

Oh wooowwww…. I feel like I need to make pasta tomorrow now and try with this much salt. I never knew. 🙃 I blame my unstable upbringing 😒

I was told by a former classmate (Sicilian) to not salt the water. So who should I listen to? Lol

I was always told that fresh pasta usually requires more heavily salted water because it spends less time in the water than dried pasta. 🤷🏻♀️

Over salt the water, undercook the pasta

You will ruin your dish if you do this. You do not have to salt the water
