Yes however my border collie would have made it across that in no time. I think most would. Love Labs though have had a few throughout my life and that’s exactly what they would have done.

Having owned both breeds, I can attest this as totally true. Collies hate water, and labs will swim in the nastiest, dankest swamp water happily.
