My two cats always want snuggles. To be fair, I never had cats before and they were raised rather like the dogs I had my whole life.

Nope that cat doesn't love her. All the cats I had when I grew up, would kill each other to cuddle with me. People always asked me, why my cats were so sweet. I told them, they are a mirror of who ever owns them.

Opposite in my household. My Samoyed was always like "really, Mother? You have a whole house but have to invade my personal space!" My kitty, on the other hand, would roll onto her back and start 'mrping' purring.
