His answer should have been. We charge different prices based on weight of the baggage. Because the heavier the plane is. The more fuel it burns.

Follow for more price errors 🚨 They go fast, just like this one...

If this was a court of law Hawley would be run out on a rail for constantly answering his own questions. We actually listened to over 2 mins of testimony and never fully got the answer. I actually would've liked to have heard the answer.

I fully understand airlines needing to make a profit. What I don’t understand and think it should be illegal, is the shell game they play. Floating variable prices that change on the fly should be banned. It’s skimming off the desperate. It’s organized crime behavior.

I think it’s good that @HawleyMO is grilling these airlines that do everything they can to screw over their customers, but the reality is they are regulated industry and the government can tell them what to do.

Why the fuck is shit like this being discussed in congress. God I swear. Fire all of them. Every last republican and democrat and all of their staff. Fire them all.

Republicans no longer believe in markets either. This is not good. Leave businesses alone and let the marketplace sort it out!

Because who the fuck is gonna turn down their flight that cost them an arm and a leg? They’ll pay that extra hundred bucks so they don’t miss a funeral or vacation, of course. This is blackmail

Crazy that the CEO can't explain the policy in a sentence.

They might not have sent the best person to answer the questions cause this could've been handled much better
