When I was in school and I did something bad, the one thing that I was afraid of was that others would find out I got caught doing something so stupid. Back when I was a kid, that was the worst thing that could happen, The other kids would clown us and make fun of us until we left school. For me it was the equivalent to the smelly kid or the one who soiled his pants at school, it was that bad. I wasn’t too concerned about my parents because they were busy supporting us, they weren’t home much and during that time they barely spoke English. So if a teacher called my parents, they wouldn’t know what the school staff was saying anyways, my parents would ask me what they wanted and I would just make something up. Regardless of the method, I think we can all agree that behavior like this is getting more and more common and shouldn’t be tolerated. Either way, what would you think is the solution for this? Was the guard crossing the line for tazing him? I think she shouldn’t have done that.

I put together a video to honor Anthony, something to capture a bit of his personality and the light he brought to those around him. Of course, no video could ever truly do him justice. He was so much more than a fantasy football analyst, he was a joy to be around, and a genuine soul. Anthony used to joke that everyone liked Michael Hauff and hated him. And every time, Hauff would push back and remind him how untrue that was. The outpouring of love and support for Anthony and his family over the past 24 hours has only confirmed it. The stories shared have brought us smiles through the sadness. We love you, Anthony Cervino. And we’ll miss you deeply.

I think it’s safe to say that 2025 was a very interesting year. And I think I see it very differently than most. You probably saw a lot of headlines about AI and tech stocks. While that was a big story, I don’t think it was the most important thing. The big story in the investment world was the depreciation of the value of fiat money and how that impacted the price of gold. That’s how 2025 looked through my eyes, at least. I’m curious to hear if you see things the same way.

This was one of the first songs that was written for the album with Jackson Phillips, who produced a lot of it. At the start, candidly, I'd just write and see what intuitively would come out. I wrote the first verse on my birthday. One of my best friends gave me a painting and it said "Sun behind the sun." I thought that was beautiful, so I based the whole verse around that. We had a few versions of that song in particular and it was missing a part for me. One day, I sat outside and the whole chorus came to me. It became like the conversations that you still have after someone or something has passed. It becomes a form of communicating still. As I get older, it goes all the way back to square one simplicity for me. What do I love? Who do I love? What do I cherish? Who do I cherish? It's that simple for me. This is I Wanted To Stay #ORDERchaosORDER

This was my first time meeting Isaiah Martin , and the first thing I said to him was that as black man of a certain age, I swell with pride with I see young black men like him doing their thing. I wanted to encourage him — not that he needed it — the same way that I would want people to encourage my children, all of whom are older than Isaiah by the way. Lol Black people must always resist the competition-for-the-only-spot foolishness that the world tries to force on up. I went to Black schools all my life. Our philosophy was different: you rise, I rise, we rise together. The world said there was limited space for black faces and black voices; we simply made more. I wish the church was taught more about the spiritual reality of our world, and the spiritual war that we are in. This world is in control of the evil one and there is evidence of our biblical history everywhere we look.
