The easiest way to stop Hezbollah attacks on Israeli soldiers is for those soldiers to stop occupying Lebanese territory. Israel won’t stop violating the ceasefire unless Washington imposes real consequences. And the Lebanese government seems to be shifting its tone, recognizing that Iran, not the U.S., has been the primary force pushing for de-escalation in Lebanon.
