Not many people will tell you about the problem of sleeping on the left side so I will tell you... The problem with sleeping on the LEFT side is that the liver is located in the upper quadrant, when you sleep on the left for 6-7 hours, due to gravity, the liver can actually COMPRESS the heart - which you don't want happening Solution? Before you go to bed, obviously don't sleep on your stomach but rather SLEEP ON THE RIGHT!
