Man this game was really hard. Great world to explore and discover. Shame they went the jrpg route in the sequels. I loved the monster raising

Pooping aside, this game had one of the best feelings of exploration. Not just an endless digital themed hallway. Also I liked how your partner was based on how you raised it, as homage to the original v-pet. Very niche concept so I understand people disliking it.

If only these games werent terrible. They made the game 99% toilet breaks and 1% adventure and gameplay.

What made this game so difficult is that it didnt explain shit to you. They were handing you a partner and said "we're in danger, save the island dickhead" and thats what made it so fun.

One of my favourite games of all time, sure a lot of this game seemed confusing, difficult and broken, but it's still an amazing game and one of the best on the PS1

I remember that I couldn’t understand that game as a kid, I think it wasn’t in my mother tongue Spanish and I couldn’t even pass from the very beginning 😅

Someone would play a Game like this but with better graphics? Even if IS not a Digimon Game. Just a tamagochi like Game with evolutions, exploration and combats?

Despite how jank it is, how weird it is, how repetitive the training is... I love this game.
