Suisweat. Original artist: @/Diptipper Animated by me a while ago! (With no help from AI) This was the first time I experimented with a liquid effect. It's a little rudimentary here but it lay the foundation for a few other animations afterwards. It was fun!

It was first shared by a local reporter. But he came up with a conspiracy that it was shared by an account which has region details as 'South Asia'. He still thinks India is not part of 'South Asia'.

Seriously! In the 90's, anime was marketed as "DEFINITELY NOT FOR KIDS!" and like it was forbidden foreign media. Toonami did a lot of work to bring it to a wider audience but like I said, it was not breaking through to the mainstream until the 2010's.

I've seen a lot of TV series, a lot of soap but this? This is truly the most beautiful moment and the most beautiful part I have ever seen. Produced very well. Written very well. The idea of two worlds that come together to save a life, Carla who stands in front of the fire to protect the love of her life and leads the entire crew, Betsy who is not with B but with Carla to save Lisa. Raise your hand if you were a fan of this one. Some games excelled at storytelling with minimal or even no dialogue. Another World comes to mind, but Flashback (Delphine Software, 1992) did it extremely well too. It’s a great game, often mistaken for a sequel to Another World. However, the two are unrelated, and Éric Chahi was not involved. It was created by Paul Cuisset, who had previously worked with Chahi on Future Wars, which may explain the similarities in gameplay and design. Like Another World, Flashback was highly cinematic and story-driven for its era, relying mostly on short animated cutscenes and very brief text-based dialogue. The story unfolded primarily through stunning visuals that still hold up well today. The game was very well received and sold nearly a million copies, a great number for the early 90s. If you were a gamer back then, chances are you played Flashback. I enjoyed it, but it didn’t have quite the same "wow" factor that Another World did when I first played it. Maybe the expectation was unfair, since you naturally cherish the "original" more, I suppose?

When I came on board at Hanna Barbera, the priority was THE REAL ADVENTURES JONNY QUEST (1996). The series is credited as one of the first animated television series to use motion capture technology for the CGI sequences in "QuestWorld," the virtual reality environment featured in the show. It was a novel approach at the time for an animated series. Because it was so ambitious, we had two separate teams working to keep up with the schedule. As crude as this might look, it was groundbreaking given the fact that it was done on a TV schedule and budget.
