Sadly you’re the only ones buying it…on the backs of your common shareholders 😂

who cares digital credits. while we kicking asses of bears isnt

"Digital credit is misunderstood, but completely transparent." It's MISUNDERSTOOD because you have DECIDED (WHY??) to label it with a silly name. Digital Credit is a NONSENSE. BITCOIN-BACKED CREDIT is the label. STOP using NONSENSICAL TERMS LIKE DIGITAL CREDIT.

Nope. You are constantly diluting the stock. Im out! Have fun with the ponzi!

I really like listening to Michael Saylor even though everything he says is irrelevant to my poor ass

credit’s one of those things where clear terms really matter

It's misunderstood because Saylor is always flip flopping about it...

Digital credit is transparent by design — the collateral is public, the issuance is auditable, and the price is market-set. That's the opposite of how traditional credit works. Sri Lanka's regulated VASP framework means instruments like this are actually discussable here now.

Transparency is powerful, but understanding the credit mechanism, counterparty risk, and repayment obligations matters just as much.

Act like a normal company. Quit publishing sentimental articles while shareholders bear the losses. You're leading the sell-off the moment the market opens every day!

@Shawan4Freedom Explain tax efficiency

transparently losing money

transparent until the dilution kicks in

It's misunderstood until you see the simple, open way it operates

@saylor Sounds to me like a fantastic Operation.

@saylor Selling your product through the back door to manufacture demand at the front door is not financial innovation. It is circular financing dressed in sophisticated financial engineering. Complexity does not establish legitimacy, and a sophisticated con is still a con. $MSTR $STRC

Borrowing money at 12% from your common shareholders to buy bitcoin at the worst price possible isn’t “misunderstood” It’s just dumb and not interesting

Once you look at the mechanics, the transparency speaks for itself!

- Well, your Ponzi failed! - No, it didn't! It was misunderstood!

Digital credit can be useful, but transparency alone isn’t enough. Clear fees, fair terms, and responsible lending are what build trust and protect borrowers.

@saylor digital credit vibes, my bag nods.

Now they scam you in plain sight. Hilarious

Awesome 😎😊💯

Totally agree—transparency is key. You and @fotsguy are my go-to finance accounts for this stuff.

Transparent doesn't always mean simple, especially with Bitcoin-backed credit. You and @Annthraxx1 bring different takes worth hearing. I'd still want to know how it holds up in a downturn.

Transparency is the real unlock. Digital credit is just getting started.
