“Modern humanitarian finance needs modern infrastructure – and we’re here to help make that happen.” At World Economic Forum, Elisabeth Carpenter, Founding Chair of Circle Foundation, announced the foundation’s first international grant to support the United Nations's Digital Hub of Treasury Solutions, a shared platform led by UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency. The goal: streamline humanitarian aid delivery across the UN system, reduce costs, enhance transparency, and enable secure, real-time access to financial systems worldwide.
