Same box. Same ink. Then she checks the shelf and sees the entire printer - which comes with that same $79 ink already inside - selling for $64. So the hardware plus the ink is cheaper than the ink alone. She shows customer service the $33 online price and asks them to match it. They tell her: “We don’t honor online pricing. We want people buying online, not in-store.” So Walmart won’t match their own website…the ink costs more than the printer…and she’s left trying to make sense of a system that clearly doesn’t.
