Busan in South Korea is next to the sea and the beachfront doesn’t get flooded unless there’s a strong typhoon. Much of Thailand has notoriously bad drainage system... it’s not just the sea.

Drainage system and cutting corners with contractors in order to spend less and build fast.

100% there will be no drought problem in this area.

This rain is a big cleanup to mark the beginning of the high season.
