Diljit didn’t reply to trolls on Twitter whether it’s Punjab or Panjab. He answered by lighting up every corner of an international stadium with ‘Panjab’ glowing in bold. ਸਦਕੇ DILJIT DOSANJH 💛

🚨 Khalistanis showed up with flags in Diljit Dosanjh's Calgary 🇨🇦 concert yesterday: Diljit Dosanjh had them removed but there are three questions: 1. Why were they allowed to enter the arena in the first place? 2. What did Diljit mean by "Jedi jagah jedi kamm di aa othe use karo (use these things where they are actually useful)?" 3. Why did Diljit Dosanjh not say loud and clear that Sikhs don't believe in an idea of a separate Sikh land i.e. Khalistan?

BritAsia TV Statement | #WeStandWithDiljit In light of the recent controversy surrounding Sardaarji 3 - sparked by the casting of Pakistani actress Hania Aamir and subsequent calls to boycott the film - we at BritAsia TV Network stand unequivocally with Diljit Dosanjh. Diljit is not just an artist - he is a cultural phenomenon who has brought Punjabi music, cinema, and identity to the global stage. From becoming the first Punjabi artist to perform at Coachella, walking the Met Gala red carpet, to collaborating with mainstream international icons like Ed Sheeran, Sia, and Shakira, Diljit has made history time and again, all while proudly representing Punjab AND India. The criticism he faces now overlooks his consistent record of championing Indian culture, bridging global audiences, and uniting communities through his art. His journey is proof that art knows no borders — it builds bridges, not walls. BritAsia TV Network has always stood, and will continue to stand, with Diljit Dosanjh. We celebrate his incredible achievements, his dedication to his roots, and his unwavering commitment to spreading the richness of Punjabi culture across the world. To us - and to millions - Diljit is not just Punjab’s pride, he is India’s pride - Do not let political agenda's change this! #WeStandWithDiljit #DiljitDosanjh #SidhuMoosewala #Sardaarji #Sardaarji3 #News #Punjab #Panjab #India #Pakistan #Controversy

#WATCH | Delhi | Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann says, "In the last few days, it was heard that Diljit (Dosanjh) was being pressurised by the BJP to enter politics. Diljit has clearly said that he is an artist and enjoys his work. Then, there are other ways (of creating pressure) by shooting at someone's manager, etc. Such a kind of politics should not be done."

These days corrupt DIG Bhullar case is in news… In DILJIT DOSANJH & Honey Trehan’s movie Panjab 95, there’s a scene where a junior police officer kills an innocent man in a fake encounter to get a promotion. There are hundreds of such fake encounter cases where dirty cops are already proven guilty in court. Every incident shown in ‘Panjab 95’ is based on real stories, real documents, and real convictions. Still, Modi govt doesn’t want this film to release. They are scared the world will see how a whole generation of Sikh youth was wiped out by nexus of greedy and cruel police officers and bureaucrats.

Panjabis don’t give AF to Bollywood lol While most Bollywood stars were busy copying other cultures, Diljit Dosanjh proudly carried his history, his roots, and his true Punjabi culture, dressed as a true Panjabi Maharaja with a map of Panjab and the Gurmukhi alphabet embroidery on the back of his royal gown for his Met Gala 2025 debut—like a king. That’s how you represent.DILJIT DOSANJH #MetGala

Diljit Dosanjh. Sold-out Wembley Stadium. Punjabi music on this scale. 🥹 DILJIT DOSANJH brought his Aura World Tour to London on 12 September, headlining the UK’s biggest stadium. To put the venue’s musical history into perspective: Michael Jackson played seven sold-out shows at the original Wembley in 1988. Taylor Swift played eight nights at the rebuilt stadium in 2024. Now Diljit has his own Wembley headline moment. The stadium had 90,000 seats filled. For so many British Punjabis who grew up with his songs playing at home, in the car and at every wedding, this one hits differently. Were you there? Tell us which song got the biggest reaction 👀 Keep that love for our community going locally too. Discover independent food spots and save with the UB1UB2 Card. Link in our bio. 🎥 Footage by Dipna

🔥🔥 BREAKING: 🔥🔥 DILJIT SHOW DISRUPTED WITH A “KHALISTAN ZINDABAD” WAVE IN AUCKLAND — DILJIT GOES MUTE Q: “IS DILJIT ON THE TRACK TO BE NEW AGE CHAMKILA WITH SAME FATELINE” ? Scores of SFJ Pro-Khalistan Sikhs raised “Khalistan Zindabad” slogans, forcing Diljit Dosanjh to go silent during his Auckland performance — a direct response to his decision to perform during the 1984 Sikh Genocide Remembrance Days and his rehabilitation of Genocider Amitabh Bachchan. “Dosanjh performing during the 1984 Sikh Genocide Remembrance Days is arrogance — a defiance of the directive of Akal Takht Sahib — and an attempt to rehabilitate ‘Genocider’ Amitabh Bachchan, whose televised call ‘Blood for Blood’ incited the 1984 Sikh Genocide,” said Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel, SFJ. Amar Chamkila was shot dead on 8 March 1988 in Mehsampur, Punjab — outside a concert venue — after facing widespread criticism for singing provocative and controversial songs demeaning the plight of conflict ridden people of Punjab after 1984 Sikh Genocide.

Diljit Dosanjh said that instead of troubling them, the Chandigarh Administration should focus on improving its infrastructure. He also added that he will not perform shows in India unless the stage is organized in the center of the venue, allowing him to better connect with the audience.

#WATCH | Ludhiana | On the removal of the film Satluj from the OTT platform Zee5, Union Minister Ravneet Singh Bittu says, "...We should have understood that there is something fishy when Diljit Dosanjh said that the film would be available on the OTT platform for 2-3 days and then would be removed. If the government really intended to remove the film, why would it allow it to stream in the first place? It seems that once they had earned the required money, they (the makers of the film) removed the film. The government has no control over OTT platforms. Diljit Dosanjh only thinks about money. If Diljit Dosanjh had any respect for the women in his family, such as his mother or sister, he would not have acted in the movie Chamkila...."
