I'm still more pissed at running blitz zero on 4th and 13. you just can't do that there

As a high school referee in Texas, we have same certifications as NCAA. You had two indicators 1) Defenseless player, 2) Helmet to Helmet contact to initiate forcible contact to head or neck area… Targeting..100 percent!!

the most honest answer we could’ve gotten. None of us understand what targeting is at this point

College football is on the path to being rigged as much as the NFL is. Everyone knows those refs in that booth received a phone call.

This was a worse non targeting call.

Call it conferenced based because it is... had it been the other way around, Texas would have gotten the call. The one the refs viewed on the Texas WR was upper body and not helmet unlike the ASU WR. Such garbage.

It really is ashamed that some dude in the booth is able to get away with this .

Yeah. In other words: "It cost us the F'ing game!" and it did.

My man got a new contract - let it fly. You guys got hosed, period. Hell, ASU fans would get a godundme to pay the fine. Really like this coach and loved watching his kids compete.

I have stated multiple times that the referees are controlling the outcome of these games. Without question, there is a least one penalty on every play in every game. The referees decide what penalties to call and what penalties to ignore. 100% targeting!
