Cheers Greg, these are the 2ths. They were starved in a drought as ewe lambs, and then pushed pretty hard in an extended dry as 2ths. They've come through alright.

The Horton Plaza Development is defunct and up for auction next month. 3/5 Businesses are "For Lease" in every community I have visited throughout San Diego.
