Recently, we hosted a live demonstration of the Ghost-X, an advanced unmanned aircraft system (UAS) designed to expand operational capabilities. This man-portable, autonomous, expeditionary platform allows, extended range and multi -payload adaptability for complex environments. After I was appointed as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for the Western Hemisphere - my first trip was not to Latin America. It was not to Canada nor the Caribbean.
