Her words doesn’t match how she feels. She’d say mean and harsh things, but in reality, when she loves, she’ll do everything for her. But just a little bit harsh with words. 🧸: yes, that’s true. She really loves intensely 🦋: loves in intensely 🧸: Parn is someone who’s really a fighter in life (never gives up). In terms of Parn’s personality, I feel she’s someone who really is a fighter in life and she values her dignity very highly. She doesn’t take advantage of or harm others; she’ll do everything (making an honest living) to keep going and survive in her life. And she loves Pheem a lot. 🎤: in the teaser you were so savage/sharp tongued, how much did you have to practice for that? 🦋: maybe not to the point of practising the skills (of having a sassy mouth). For me, I feel that every line that Pheem says there has got to be a reason, and I’ve got to understand where it comes from and why the character would say that. So, I had to do quite a lot of homework, especially when she’s going to insult another character or Parn. I had to understand what she was feeling; she was jealous, that’s why she said it. But it’s not insults that don’t have weight to them, because it wouldn’t feel like the character. So, I had to do homework that her insults always had a reason behind them. But in the end, she insults because she loves. 🎤: there’s a line ‘I hate…’ 🦋: huyy ‘I hate wh… like you’ (she didn’t say the word). Actually, every scene that was edited into the teaser might just be ten percent of the actual scene. This was just to make it enjoyable, but in the actual scene there’s a lot more to it than this. 🎤: and how will Parn handle her harshness? 🧸: Parn, does give in to Pheem, even though she might not usually do it with others, but with Pheem she does give in a lot. But deep down Parn can feel the love that Pheem has for her. Even though Pheem’s words might be harsh, and sometimes certain actions that viewers might think are too harsh or intense, but deep down she knows that Pheem means well. She does it because she really loves. She does it because she’s protective and wants Parn all to herself. 🦋: this is love, right? Cause you understand. PRONATOR TERES IN THE THROWING ARM The Pronator has 2 insertions on the inside of the elbow 1) To the Medial Epicondyle through the Common Flexor Tendon 2) To the medial portion of the Ulna (Deep) In 83% of arms, the Median Nerve Runs right between those two heads Due to throwers commonly having hypertrophied and toned up Pronators, this can become an issue with compression of the Median Nerve which runs down the forearm and into the thumb, index, and middle fingers When tight, it can limit Supination and Elbow extension With Pronation and Supination, it is important to test both Range of Motion and Strength in both the Elbow flexed and extended positions as this will affect the muscle lengths of each Trigger points here typically refer deep into the wrist and Anterior Forearm In chronically “tight” Pronators, check the opposing muscle groups (Supinator and Biceps) as you may find they are significantly restricted and essentially forcing the Pronator to “Drive with the E Brake on” with every contraction OR You may see excessive weakness that allows the Pronator to Bully it into living in the Pronated, shortened position This is a non exhaustive list of some quick nuggets in regards to the Pronator Teres as there are a ton of global and external issues that can play a huge factor here

So, THIS is what I'm talking about. Something about this song always stood out, but I never bothered finding out what it means, until someone asked, 'When was it that Cihan fell in love?' To me, it's this moment. He's sure he's in love with Alya here. Him singing "Akşam olur karanlığa kalırsın" is his way of telling her of his love and secretly bidding her goodbye (because he knows she's planning on leaving, and as we later learn, he intends to let her go.) When you learn about the song, it's so damn obvious. It's an Anatolian folk song about unrequited love. So while Ciho knows and accepts his feelings, he's pretty sure Alya feels nothing for him. Which is why he's so freaking surprised when Alya hesitates at the airport, and doesn't leave. And, just look at the lyrics. “Akşam olur karanlığa kalırsın / Derin derin sevdalara dalarsın” Evening comes, you’re left in the dark / You drift into love(s) so deep Cihan knows Alya is about to leave; he's heard her secret plan. So, basically, by evening, he knows she'll be gone, and he'll be alone, drifting in the memories she left behind. “Oy gelin gelin sevdalı gelin / Öldürdün beni” Oh bride, love-struck bride / You’ve killed me This is the painful, ironic bit. She is his wife, his bride, but in name only. They get married out of convenience, out of necessity. But Ciho does the unthinkable and falls in love. To him, she has no such feelings, so love-struck here can mean her own dreams, her own life, anything but him. And, that's what's 'killing' him. He loves her, but he can't even confess his love to stop her from leaving him. “Bülbül ne ötersin yuvanmı yoktur? / Yoksa benim gibi sevdan mı çoktur?” Nightingale, why do you sing, don’t you have a home? / Or do you, like me, have too many loves? In eastern poetry, the nightingale or the bulbul is symbolic of a tragic lover, one who constantly laments the absence of his loved one by singing. No guesses for who the bulbul is in this situation. Like they say, it's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all. So, yeah. This moment, right here, to me, is Cihan's first confession. And what a beautiful confession it is. It's subtle, like him. It's deep and meaningful, without being in your face. And, here's the best part - you can clearly see what he sings gets through to Alya. “Guys don’t approach girls at the bars anymore.” This is wildly accurate. 15 years ago when you went out, the average girl would get hit on 6x or 7x a night. Now if she’s getting one or two guys hitting on her, it’s a good night. I have beginner students going out to bars now who go out, say very basic things to women, and get into deep conversations & flirtations that land them solid numbers. One student on his first ‘dedicated night out’ (he’s gone out with friends plenty but never went out JUST to meet girls) last weekend saw two “very attractive” girls grinding on each other in the empty dance floor because all the other guys had left, then one of the girls came up to him, dragged him onto the dance floor, and spent the next 20 minutes following him around like a lost puppy (he should’ve taken her home, but… cut him some slack. He’s new!). Maybe that was a little beginner’s luck for him (that wasn’t his only good interaction of the night, either, though), but the point is: these girls are not getting it from dudes nowadays. When I was a beginner in this in the middle 2000-naughts I spent months going out to bars getting rejection after rejection before I finally started having good conversations. I see how fast going it is for a lot of newer guys I am working with now and I am like, “Sheesh, man! You used to have to learn all this game to do this!” But the competition just isn’t there anymore. Where IS the competition? Mostly at home, on the couch, liking Instagram ‘models’, trying to “slide into their DMs” (alongside 2,000 other guys). Meanwhile, the Instagram model is banging some guy she met in a mall food court (true story). The girls are out there. You’re probably not going to find them online. You have to get up off the couch, dust the Cheetos crumbs off, put on some decent clothes, and go outside. Follow the 3-second rule: you have 3 seconds from the moment you lay eyes on her until you have to approach. Focus on making it flirtatious and low pressure. Take the lead with her and see her if you can move her around a bit. Ask her out, get her to change venues with you, or if it goes well invite her back for a drink at yours. If she’s into you, she will do her best to help things along. Just go out, chat up girls, HAVE FUN, and if it’s going well move things forward. That is really all you have to do.

Even though the odds were slim she stayed devoted to her own heart. Normally people pray for romance hoping to meet the right person in their life, but for Orm it was different. From the very first meeting with Ling she already knew. Her prayer was never vague. If it was not P’Ling then it could not be anyone else. Later when success finally came this secret stayed hidden until Orm revealed it herself. She even performed a dance of gratitude for a wish that once felt almost impossible to come true. One meeting turned into years of quiet longing. A young girl just stepping into adulthood met someone she loved at first sight. No one loves someone for that long when they only get to see her twice a year, no one goes out of their way to support her by visiting her younger brother’s restaurant even when it is completely out of the way and Ling never even knew.
