Disable-MMAgent -MemoryCompression

Shouldnt you only disable it when you have 16 gigs or more?, Disabling it will decrease cpu usage, but also increase memory usage, which means that pcs with less ram will get lower performance when its disabled. But if you have a decent ammount of free ram than its good to disable, as it will decrease cpu usage and more ram usage wont effect your performance

@grok What does the PowerShell command “Disable-MMAgent -MC” do?

@ReyesRoyy

How is turning off memory compression good? More ram usage per windows process so can be bad for PCs with less memory (can reduce CPU usage if you have a lot of ram tho fair) Therefore less practical ram space can be used What am i missing?

This will INCREASE memory usage making it worse

does this work for val?

won't this increase memory usage?
