Disabled people are the experts by experience. That is why a Labour government will work with disabled people, through co-production, to create a system which is supportive and accessible, and which respects the dignity and rights of disabled people across the country.

You will need to include carers as well

We help Veterans secure their benefits with Medical Evidence and Nexus Letters. Are you, or someone you know, working on a VA Disability claim? We can help!

@BenClaimant Sick note from a doctor. That should suffice. But then how would ATOS, CAPITA, INGENUS make their millions?

What are Labour going to do about funding research into the chronic illnesses and diseases that are preventing people from work, or even tiny amounts of joy and function, right now?

Get rid of sanctions.

Thank you. I've been unable to work my entire adult life, my disability is invisible and if I could work I would. Without the financial support I would have nothing and I'm exhausted from fighting for everything for my entire life.

Vicky thank you for this, please read my pinned Tweet which explains my treatment by the DWP, I have had two other medical which where carried out at home that wasn't as bad but full of lies. Brain tumour, rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, asthma, two leaking heart valves etc etc

@BenClaimant Yvette Cooper, with others, invented the #WCA. The entire system is designed as a #MoneyLaundering exercise. Using sick people as a unit of currency. The whole system needs scrapping. Labour isn’t going to do that. It’s wedded to #Neoliberalism.

Get rid of sanctions, don’t make so many damn hoops for us to jump through, make the information about motability more accessible, raise the payments, make office based assessments a last resort and see people more often in their homes.

True and that is why there must be a balance in power shift & @mrscottwatkin @YvonneNewbold @Vikiainsworth @wesstreeting @uk_beyondwords @LDNcharity @LearningDisEng @teamCNO_ @NursingTimes @nmcnews @LDTonline 👇🏻@DanceSyndromeUK

Genuinely shocked ,people can’t see through this cynical vote grabbing BS Labour has committed to austerity Nothing can change without huge £ injections into decimated services disabled people have been Shouting About what austerity has done to them Don’t believe the hype
